Records Division & City Court

The Records Division is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  The address for the Records Division is:  Springfield Police Department, 802 Willow Street, Springfield, TN 37172.

The Springfield Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining, storing and retrieving all incident, accident and arrest records.  

Reports may be requested in person, phone or by mail.  If you are mailing a request, then please include the report case number, date and location of incidents and names of parties involved.

In addition, the Records Division is responsible for the city's traffic citations and city court operations.  Springfield City Court has jurisdiction within the City of Springfield over traffic violations and city ordinances.

The courtroom is located in Springfield City Hall, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172.

Citations issued for Springfield City Court can be paid prior to the court date by coming to the Records Division of the Springfield Police Department, by mail, or phone.  Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, money order, or credit card. If paying by mail, please include the citation number and date the citation was received.
