We've scoped out some of the best places in Springfield to enjoy a picnic with friends, family or your four-legged friend.  
J. Travis Price Park 
There are plenty of places for you to enjoy a picnic at J. Travis Price Park. After lunch, enjoy the walking/biking path and feed the fish.  
Martin Luther King Jr. Park 
If you're looking to burn off some of those calories from your lunch, choose Martin Luther King Jr. Park! The park has plenty of open spaces to enjoy your picnic and when you're done you can run on the 8-lane track or kick around a soccer ball on the soccer field.  
Garner Street Park 
Located in downtown Springfield, Garner Street Park is an excellent spot for a picnic. With a dog park and access to the Springfield Greenway, picnic-goers of all types are sure to enjoy this spot!
