SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. – The Springfield Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Anthony T. Brown.
Brown has an active warrant for first-degree murder following an incident that occurred on July 13, 2020.
At approximately 6:54 p.m. the Springfield Police Department, along with Robertson County EMS and Springfield Fire Department were dispatched to a shots fired call for service located in the parking lot of Electrolux, 1100 Industrial Drive Springfield, Tennessee. Officers found the deceased victim, 45-year-old Heather Kirkwood from Clarksville, Tennessee, lying in the parking lot with gunshot wounds.
Springfield Police Department Investigators are currently attempting to locate the suspect, 38-year-old Anthony T. Brown of Dickson, Tennessee. The suspect fled the scene in a black Dodge Charger.
