SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. – The Springfield Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened last night.
Officers responded at approximately 11:50 p.m. to a shooting incident at 1301 Pine Circle. At the scene, police found a deceased 17-year-old male.
At approximately 2:38 a.m. the alleged suspect, a 15-year-old male, arrived at NorthCrest Emergency Room for treatment of a possible gunshot wound to the arm.
