Can I attend traffic school?
At the Judge’s discretion, a person may complete a traffic school to keep a moving traffic violation off his or her driving record. To be eligible, you must bring a certified driving record to court with you. Cost for the school is a total of $150. Certified driving records may be obtained online or by mailing a cashiers check or money order in the amount of $5.00 made payable to the Tennessee Dept. of Safety. The mailing address is Tennessee Dept of Safety, P. O. Box 945, Nashville, TN 37210. You also may go to any Driver’s License Station.
